Juma Silvano reports

 

 Juma narrets his ordeal how he failed to move  independently on his two legs but had to acquire some device.After he lost his leg in an accident. In his words;
I got an accident and what the doctors had to do was to have one of my legs off, the relatives  contributed towards the purchase of an arttificial leg it wasnt easy to learn but since it was the only option i had to go with it untill i got used. It is something which i must remove at night and put back in the morning the challenge is when there is  need to move out quickly in case there is something happening. One day i tried my friends crutches they seemed to work well but where could i find one  i wanted to acquire crutches but i failed because they were very expensive, It was like a dream when FODIDE identified me to get a pair of crutches, i can now move easly even without first placing the artifficial one. I want to commend the good work by Crutches for Africa and the executive director for geting such a resourceful person.
